Exactly what I was looking for. Its slim and distributes the items inside so its not as bulky as some other IFAK pouches that bounce around and seem loose when I'm hiking. Easy to access. Great storage but compact. Basically the same design as my wife's travel toiletry bag she said lol Id buy it again.
Easy to open with a pull of the handle. Have it mounted to a molle backpack for a medpak. Compact enough to wear on a belt if need be.
Pretty decent sized IFAK pouch. It holds all that I would need in a get out of dodge scenario. As you can see, it can fit shears, an Israeli bandage, and a regular wrap inside the gut no problem along with a few other items if you so desire. The external part of the kit is nice in that there are three retention spots: front and both sides. The front has that bungee cord that can be adjusted. The sides have small pockets with velcro tabs.
If you are looking for a small medical bag or IFAK this bag is relatively functional. I have had it attached to a backpack and a chest rig using the MOLE straps on the back. Now it is hanging on a hook in my office as a blowout kit in the event of an active shooter incedent in my work place.
With it mounted on the packs or hanging on the wall you can grab the handle across the top and easily unzip the pack to expose the contents. There are straps on either side of the inside to hold items as well as a couple of pockets in the back.
Contents of my bad are.
1 6 Israelis bandage
1 NAR Tournequet
1 2pk Hifyn chest seal
3 zpack of gauze
1 28 NPA
1 medical shears
